Orthopedic Associates ranks #1 for quality care and cost assessments

In an independent ranking provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield, Orthopedic Associates of Port Huron ranks number one out of 243 orthopedic practices in the state for quality and cost assessments.  

Rankings for quality and cost assessments are determined by the average cost of care, peer evaluations, the number of primary diagnosis lower back pain patients who received an imaging study, the rate of generic medicines dispensed and the number of patients who received a high-tech imaging study, such as an MRI or CT scan.
